We try to fulfill the conditions of our clients as accurately as possible. But in order to comply with the law, in particular, the Customs Code of Ukraine (Article 196), as well as to ensure the full safety of your cargo, we refuse to deliver by air from China goods from this list:
- all types of personal items, even if they are packed as luggage;
- orders from online stores intended for personal use;
- branded and branded items with logos
- of well-known companies;
food products in any quantity; - food supplements, dietary supplements and their substitutes;
flammable and explosive substances and liquids; - alcoholic beverages;
- glass and fragile containers or utensils;
- weapons of any kind;
- chemical and other substances hazardous to human health, etc.
A full list of such goods can be obtained from Customs. Goods that are not included in this list are transported in accordance with the formalized contract. To ensure protection against force majeure circumstances, which may lead to loss or damage of cargo, we offer insurance.
